We occasionally receive concerns from customers that their chicken appears to be pink, bloody, or under cooked. We take concerns like this very seriously. Unfortunately, it's hard to discern if a wing is uncooked based on look. Ideally temperature is the best method of knowing if something is raw. At Jerk we regularly taking and logging the internal temperature of our meat products. Specifically our chicken is cooked until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
